I had an accident with my Farr 727 Den 53 build in France by Mallard.
The insurance paid the repair, but now the yard has broken my keel. If
I can get a keel-plug they will make a new keel.
All help and advises is welcome.

No help, just a stupid question: How did they manage to break the
keel?

Why not just contact Farr's design office and have them send offsets so the
yard can build a new mold?
